It may take the form of a rectangle or circle, or sometimes appear in a more traditional or symbolic shape. The form reflects the emotional atmosphere and intention of the gathering—flexible, meaningful, and rooted in deeper memory.

🌀 The First Gathering: A Circle Beneath the Canopy

When a new student arrives at Treeheart Academy, they are not introduced with applause or announcements—but with stillness.

They are invited to sit beneath the great heart-tree, where the roots form a natural circle, soft with moss and memory. A gentle bell chimes—not loud, but resonant, like a whisper between tree rings.

An elder guide, cloaked in woven leaves, offers a few words—not commands, but invitations:

“You are not here to be filled.
You are here to unfold.
The forest already knows your name.”

🍃 Ritual Elements:

🌱 A Seed Offering:
Each new student chooses a small seed—real or symbolic—to represent their intention. They plant it in the shared garden pot near the tree’s roots.
🪞 A Reflection Leaf:
Students write a word or draw a symbol on a pressed leaf—something they carry from the past, or a dream for their path ahead. The leaf is added to the Circle of Becoming, hung gently along a braided vine near the ceiling.
💧 A Drop of Water:
From a small carved bowl, each student offers a drop of water to the roots. This is a gesture of mutual care—giving back to the living classroom that will hold them.

🐚 Final Whisper:

A small shell or smooth stone is placed in the student’s hand before they go to their nook. It’s called a Whisper Token—to remind them:
