F is for Foxglove
Latin name: Digitalis purpurea
In woodland glades, where shadows fall,
The Foxglove stands, proud and tall.
With spikes of flowers, in shades so bright,
It paints the forest with pure delight.
In hues of pink, purple, and white,
The Foxglove blooms, a wondrous sight.
Its tubular petals, like bells they ring,
In forest realms, where fairies sing.
With each gentle sway, it whispers low,
Of magic and mystery, in forests aglow.
Its blooms may fade, but its spirit's strong,
In woodland tales, where dreams belong.
So let us wander, in forest deep,
Where Foxgloves grow, in secret keep.
For in their bloom, we find a clue,
To enchantment and wonder, ever true.
